Brand new apartment located in the historic district of San Francisco in Telde. It is located 15 minutes from the capital and 30 minutes from the south of the island. It has three bedrooms for four people, bathroom and living room. This fully equipped, sheets, blanket, towels, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, toaster, microwave oven. In short, everything to spend unforgettable days in a fantastic environment.

Telde is a lovely authentic town with nice people and good restaurants. There are almost no tourists in the town and the access to the motorway and the tourist places north and south of the island is very good.The apartment is clean and newly renovated. Great comfort, functionality and style. I think it is too minimalist and impersonal for my needs so we chose to be out in restaurants and in the town in the evenings and use the apartment only as a place to sleep.

The apartment was located in a cute historical neighborhood in Telde. It's about 10 minutes from the nearest beach, 40 from Maspalmas, and say 20 from Las Palmas. So, it centrally located for the things you want to do. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and generally well appointed. The parking garage was a definite bonus as you didn't need to fight for parking. You're a two minute walk from a grocery store, bread shop, or pharmacy-anything you might need is near.
