Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and in a perfect location. Arnie was wonderful and was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

The condo was in the perfect location and had everything we would ever need. We used the shuttle, hot tubs and workout facilities. The weather was beautiful and the skiing was excellent. Arnie was super helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent this unit again.

We have stayed in other units in this condo group before and really like the location because we can easily walk to everything on main street of Winter Park.
This unit was okay but we have liked others better. The set up was fine and we had plenty of space. There was a loud banging noise that we are assuming was coming from the heater register. We were there for 8 night so we got used to it but it was rather loud. Also, I would recommend bringing some toilet paper with you. As I said, we were there for 8 nights but only had 4 rolls of TP for 4 of us. We didn't figure it out until late one evening so had to use Kleenex until we could get to the store. We have rented in the Winter Park / Frasier area for years and have never run into this issue. They don't mention anything about the firewood on the site but you need to bring your own so be prepared for that as well.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need but the cabinets were a bit packed. I like to put all of the groceries away that we bring to keep the counters open but there were no open cabinets to put stuff in.
The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable which are 2 important things to us when renting.
