Sofa in living room is convertible into a double bed. Sleeping capacity 7 but we only accept 6.

1st, the property owners are great people and very accommodating. They provided advice on how to use public transport, drove me around to get groceries and pastries our first morning, and dropped us off at the train station. They live in the basement of the home. The home is nicer than I expected from the pictures, and we had a great stay here. It fit my family of 6 well. The internet works well also. We picked this place as a midpoint between CDG Airport, Disneyland, and Paris. A few considerations about the location: 1. It's a bit complex to get do Disneyland using public transportation. It's a 3 step process (2 buses, and a train). We ended up using and Uber after the 1st day which is about 50 euros a trip to disneyland (one way). It's also further than I expected to get into Paris, but there is a bus stop right across the street. It's about an hour to get to Paris on public transportation. There's also a Intermarche within a 5-10min walk. Looking back, I would have rented a car though as the public transport was a bit of a pain. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, loved the owners, and would book again. This gets 5 stars for me, but you will want to consider how to get around the area. I'd suggest renting a car, or using Ubers.

We really enjoyed our 7-day holiday in Paris and its surroundings! After an intensive day in the city or in Disneyland, this place offers all you need for day off to relax while the kids play in the huge garden. The well equipped kitchen plus nearby supermarket make life easy. Also some delicious take-away on walking distance. Railway takes you to Gare de l’Est in 30 minutes. The apartment works very well for a family of 5. It is basic, not luxury, but actually that is only good when travelling with young children. And last but not least: very friendly owners!

We were in Paris for my daughters 21st and our hosts could not have been more helpful to make things easy. Though the bus stop to the train station is outside the house, our hosts drove us to the station the first day. so we knew where it was. Paris is only 10-15 mins on the fast train so amazingly close and also cheap with a day pass. It was very hot during our stay so lovely to have the garden to chill in and also the terrace at the top of the house too. Spacious lounge/dining room. Would have been great to have been able to explore the locality if we had had more time. Many thanks again.

We stayed here for 5 days and we really enjoyed the location of this place. Once we figured it out how to use the public transport (buses and metro primarily) we just parked the car and off we went everywhere in Paris since a bus stop is just a few meters away.

Our family spent eight days in France, ending our time there with Gerry and Mary. It couldn't have been a better ending for our family of six. We had the upstairs of their house to ourselves, felt private and enjoyed plenty of space. We stayed in Chelles in order to spend our days in Paris and that worked out well for us. So as far as the amenities and space go, we couldn't have asked for better. But what made the stay so special was Gerry and Mary. They gave us our space but also played wonderful hosts to us and to our children. We enjoyed an afternoon around their table and only regretted not being able to spend more time with them. We can't recommend their place enough. We would return tomorrow if we could.

Went to Paris with my daughter and three cousins all between the ages of 30 and 65. We were looking forward to a real Parisian experience and this place truly delivered. The home was wonderful and full of little eccentricities that made our stay memorable from the third story sun deck to the beautiful ceramic tiles. The owner allowed us to tour their back yard where beautiful apple trees were in full bloom and were oh so delicious. The icing on the cake was how well we were treated by the owners. They were extremely patient with us asking for directions and providing lifts from the bus station to their home. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed here for 6 nights with 2 children. The owners, Gerry and Mary, could not have been more welcoming. They were so helpful with the local area and how to get to Paris and things to do in Paris. I would highly recommended staying here if you are planning on visiting Paris. The bus stops to get the train to and from the station are right outside the house and it only takes 15 minutes on the train. Next time we visit Paris we will definitely stay here. Thank you Gerry and Mary for your warm hospitality.

We stayed in Paris for three nights with our 3 children. We could not have asked for better hosts than Gerry and Mary. They really do care about you having a good time whilst in Paris, and truly understand the meaning of good hospitality. We had a great time! Thank you.

Dear Mary and Gary, I would like to thank you for being a great host. The property was exactly as it appeared on the website. It was spacious, quiet and the hospitality was excellent. We had a great time! It was easy to drive into Paris and also visit Disney Land. The shops were within walking distance. Thanks for allowing the children to use the garden play area and its facilities. We had a nice family BBQ! Thanks for all the information on tourist attractions and your excellent advice on where to park in Paris. We had an exception holiday experience. For anyone with a large family as mine. I would recommend this property. We will definitely be visiting again and staying at this property.
