Jelena, the host, is the best: she arranged everything for our stay. It's a good-sized apartment in the basement, but with plenty of light and air flow, clean and well-equipped. 5-minute walk from Republic Square, it's the perfect location.

Everything was perfectly fine. It's worth booking for a weekend in my opinion especially because of free parking during the weekend (you just need to search a bit to find free spot near the apartment) . The Skadarlija street is in a really nice area, the restaurants are great, music everywhere you're walking which sets the mood.
No insect net on the windows. At night I would prefer to leave the windows open for fresh air. This wasn't a huge issue but it would be better with nets. Hourly parking will cost a lot during weekdays in the area if you're not taking your car to a garage so be aware of that. But for this problem the location and being in the center of Belgrade compensates a lot.
