Friendly staff. Clean.
No hot water. None at all for the 3 days I was there. Not in the morning or evening. I had to resort to wiping myself down with a cold wash cloth (not pleasant) and shaving with cold water was no fun either.

Location was perfect for what we were there for. The very lively lady, Ms Theresa, that check us in was very welcoming very friendly and just made us feel good about being there.
The property was nice for the most part, the only thing is it needed new pillows. When we requested new pillows we were told there were none. With the exception of , Ms Theresa at check in, the remaining front desk staff was not friendly, acted as if we were a bother even gave us unfriendly looks of judgement with our LSU clothing on.

Room was large and comfortable
Received a pre visit message advising all guests had to wear masks in all public areas. Per CDC. Had to call Hilton directly to get straight. Receiived an added $75 pet fee after departure without notice. Hotel is in a crowded motel complex with a number of sketchy low budget properties.
