Cottage by the Sea (MCA #1213)

Such a cute cottage with everything you need. Location was right around the corner from shops and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach!

Nothing. Took us a bit to figure out how to lock the door when we left. Might help to have in the instructions.

Lots of space outside to sit and relax. The covered patio area off of the bedroom was an unexpected surprise. The size was perfect for the three of us for a couple of nights. It had a real coffee maker and many small other appliances for use in addition to full kitchen. The location near the beach was perfect. Most items and flooring looked new and well kept.

The flooring between the bathroom and kitchen felt like the underboards were rotted. My friend initially thought her foot was going to go through the floor. The lights from the back of the winery were bright at night in the smaller room. They were building a new building right next door so was a little annoying while sitting on deck in early morning with the banging etc. Of course this isn't a complaint with the house.

The property was nice the kitchen was adequate. The place was a bit musty and storage was lacking. There were no closets in the house. Clothes had to be hung on hooks.

House smelled a little musty and strongly of cleaning solutions. Unfortunately, windows couldn’t readily be left open while house was unoccupied- security wedge poles only allowed full open or closed. Also, quite a few electrical outlets were worn and plugs would fall out, and a couple sparked when unplugging devices.
