Available for weekly or monthly rental, this fully refurbished and traditionally furnished 80-square-meter house, situated in a serene spot in Stalida on the northern coast of Crete, provides for an ideal holiday round the year.
Enjoy your privacy with a view to the sea. Two bedrooms, one with a double and one with two single beds, plus two singles in the spacious sitting room and the traditional "odas" can accommodate 6 people.
Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, full amenities.
Large back-garden (500 square meters) to throw a BBQ party or enjoy a relaxing coffee in the shade. Private car park for two vehicles.

The house is located at a great location, it is on walking distance to Chersonissos and Malia and around 20 minutes by car to Heraklion. Walking to the beach takes less than 5 minutes. There were sunbeds and beach umbrella's at the house so we could enjoy the sun right infront at the house and jump in the sea within a few steps. Watershoes are very handy if you want to enter the sea infront of the house because of the rocks, but when you go to the beach, they aren't necessary.
Ioannis is a great host. He answered our questions very quickly both before our holiday and when we where on holiday. He arranged a taxi for us from the airport and was at the house when we arrived with some water and a fresh watermelon, which was very nice. The house is located near some good restaurants in Stalis/Stalida. In the big backyard, there is space for enjoying the sun and enjoying the shade when it gets hot. There is also enough space to park a rental car behind a locked fence when required. We had a late flight back, so Ioannis allowed us to stay a bit longer at the house. He was there on the arranged time to collect the keys and help us out.
