Enjoying a beautiful setting in the mountainous meadows of Livigno families and friends can enjoy a fantastic Ski holiday.
The picturesque Bavarian style property features frescoes and curved bay windows with homely pine features inside and incredible alpine views out.
A bright and spacious living area provides the perfect place for relaxing and unwinding with a flat screen TV for guest’s enjoyment. The beautiful kitchen diner features a curved booth dining area ideal for groups up to 5. The marble topped fully fitted kitchen with pinewood cabinets features all the desired appliances including cooker hob and oven.
Guests can enjoy the flexible sleeping accommodation which comprises a spacious master bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables with views of the surrounding mountainside. A second spacious bedroom features two single beds which can be twinned if desired and the sofa bed to the living area can accommodate any additional guests if and when required during your stay!
The property further features a modern fitted bathroom with power shower, wash basin and vanity area, a WC, bidet and a swashing machine for guest’s use.
From the pretty chalet guests can easily enjoy the surrounding beauty and reach the wide choice of amenities of Livigno.

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, 2 separate Schlafzimmer, guter Service vor der Anreise und beim Check in. Bus hält direkt vor der Haustür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Skiurlaub in Livigno die vorletzte Woche kann man als gelungen bezeichnen.
Die Übernahme - Modalitäten der Ferienwohnung in Objekt "La Marmotta" verliefen reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die ersten 2 Tage funktionierte die Heizung nicht optimal, aber unserer Betreuer vor Ort, Herr Marco Bianchi, hat das Problem für uns gelöst.
Wir hatten direkt in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Skibus - Haltestelle vorm Haus. Sehr zu unserem Zufriedenheit!
Wir können das Objekt nur weiter empfehlen und uns bei Happy Holiday Homes bedanken.

What a terrific time we have had in Livigno! La Marmotta was perfect for 2 couples and it had so much to offer us in a self-catering stay. The resort also offered us SO many restaurants so we were always happy..and full!

Thanks so much for a SUPER stay! My husband and our 16 year old daughter also loved La Marmotta! It was a great holiday home for us and it was very close to everything! Livigno was so lively and perfect for us - lots of shops, restaurants, a spa and sports.
HHH recommended us this place to us so we say thank you!!
