Sillwood House is minutes walk from anywhere in Brighton. Walking distance to Hove, the Beach, the City Centre, Kemp Town, the Lanes and the station is a short walk.
The property is newly decorated and arranged over 5 levels, with basement large open plan kitchen and dining area, leading to a terrace with chairs.
The ground floor has large lounge and guest bathroom and closet space.
First floor leads to 5 bedrooms, with two en-suite bathrooms, guest bathroom and a third bathroom on the 2nd floor.
The property has a wow factor from the moment you walk through the door. Large rooms, high ceilings, modern and contemporary decor. An east meets west theme. That you will feel at home in.
The beach is 2 minutes away, so very close to have fun. Bars, restaurants, kids playground, and parks all nearby.
We have scaffolding up from Sept - mid Oct 2025. But prices have been discounted to accommodate this. No workmen there at the weekends.

This is a great property - substantial, flexible and really well appointed. The welcome from Tania could not have been warmer or more laid back - just so Brighton!

We had a fantastic time staying in Brighton as two families. There were 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space in the house.The house is lovely and spacious, everything you needed was there and located in a perfect spot in Brighton, near the beach, pier and the shops.Tania was an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around. Beforehand if there were any questions or needed to know anything she responded straight away. We had a lovely time in Brighton.

Great house, great location, very well equipped, good heating and hot water. Spotlessly clean. We had a flickering light and that was dealt with straight away. The kitchen was a great meet up place and perfect for our group of 5 old friends. The beds are comfy and the bed linen and towels are good quality. The 2 en-suite rooms are lovely, although the showers are small and one of our party had difficulty in controlling the temperature. The other 3 bedrooms share 2 toilets and a bathroom with a small shower between them.- so that’s why it’s 4* not 5*. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Property was perfect only downfall was kitchen in basement and no parking outside was a headache as had to park bus ride away
