The villa is everything you wish for. Comfortable, well equipped, with aircon in every rooms, 2 showers, lovely pool, sun loungers, parasols, terraces in the shade.Only 7 or 8 minutes walk to the nearest pebbled beach, with a bar/ restaurant with very friendly owners and where you can use their loungers for free as long as you buy drinks or food.3 mini supermarkets within 3 mins walk. The only downside was the town of Çaliş beach is a little too far to walk to ( in the heat), about 30/40 mins . You can get a taxi for 400 liras.The taxi rank is only a couple of mins away, but will only take up to 4 people. The Dolmus (mini bus), station is 15 mins and go to Çalis beach or fethye for 42 lira per persons, per journey. Julian, who looks after the property is very kind and give you loads of advice and recommendations. We paid to have an airport transfer which worked really well for us. We also paid for the welcome pack, not so sure it was great value for money but very convenient to have a few basic ingredients for our 1st morning as our flight was very late in the night. Overall, we have had a fantastic time and would recomend to any family.

The villa is excellent, very spacious with 3 bedrooms with individual air con, 3 bathrooms and a lovely garden and pool area, well equipped and not too far from the beach although you need taxis (Taxi rank 2 minutes walk) or car hire for Fethyie town or the Marina although the stop for the Dolmus minibus is only a short walk away.
There is a Migros supermarket about 3 minutes walk for all the basics.
The only problem we encountered is the noise from the hotel opposite the villa that plays loud music until late evening, on some nights.
Julian was a great host and was very accommodating with all our requests.
We would recommend this villa.

We had an amazing week at the villa. The villa is beautiful and in a nice quiet location within easy reach of the promenade. The pool and garden area is stunning. I would definitely recommend this villa for families. The property Manager (Julian) was excellent and available by telephone if he was needed for anything. Overall we all had the best time and would definitely return.
