Fernlea is a homely detached cottage near to the town of Morfa Nefyn in North Wales. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms which are a king-size double, a twin and a single with pull-out stacker bed as well as a family bathroom. There is also a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen with dining area, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and a front gravelled garden with a patio and furniture. Located in stunning location, Fernlea makes an ideal place to enjoy a wonderful holiday at any time of the year. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £25/pet.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Front gravelled garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 5 mins walk. Golf course 10 mins walk. Note: Although gardens are enclosed they may not be fully secure or dog proof. Note: There is one external step up to the patio area.
