At Patong Hotel

They are very accommodating! First I got a room that had a "hollywood bed" (2 singles pushed together) So I told them it doesn't work for me that I need a real fullsized bed(I'm quite tall and over 120kg so the "hollywood" don't work then) So the manager fixed so I could change room to another room next door! Very good! Friendly staff in general! especially the bar guys working at the pool area! Also very quite area in Patong but still close to "the action"

Also could need some renevations but it's a good hotel. The pool area could be done more to (stayed at neighbour hotel 8y ago and their pool area was great)

Great quiet location. I’ve stayed in this area a few times and Neon is the quietest. Always clean Great and friendly staff who are always willing to help. LALA who is part of the cleaning staff and who cleaned my room every day is fantastic. She always ensured the room was clean and always on time.

Neon MUST change their beds. They are very uncomfortable and it needs to change. Very hard to sleep sometimes. They need buy new beds that are either single or 100% actual double beds NOT joined single beds. They also need to have 4 pillows as 1 each person is not enough.

It was convenient location

The beds were as hard as rocks, resulting is sore back and neck
