This luxury penthouse is located in the heart of the residential ROTHSCHILD area, the historical Bauhaus and Israeli art village-like neighborhood. It is also ideally at the crossroad of the new beating business/gourmet/nightlife hearts of the white city.
Just at a 15-minute walking distance from the beach, the Shuk HaCarmel and Neve Tsedeq, one block away from the HaBima theather and auditorium, Sarona market or the Gindi TLV brand-new lifestyle shopping mall, but also one step from the finest and trendiest nightlife spots of Rothschild Avenue.
It is a great base from which to explore Tel Aviv and cocoon after a hectic day, a serene getaway peacefully overlooking the buzz of urban life. It will perfectly fit both your working stays and relaxing holidays.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The perfect apartment, with the perfect hosts, in a perfect location! Everything was beyond wonderful and perfect! I would stay here every time!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. From the time we booked, Ellie was in touch and they arranged for us to check in early on our first day as our flight arrived at 7 am. We were met at the apartment and Ellie went through all the details of the apartment in detail, showed us how everything worked and sat down to orient us in the city with a huge map that marked out sites and restaurants. His intro included important apps to download and advice on how to deal with air raid sirens etc. They had filled the fridge with basics which was hugely appreciated as we hadn’t eaten since our flight. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and is perfectly located in the city within walking distance of many great restaurants, shopping, Carmel market and only 15 or 20 minutes from the beach. The second level deck is fantastic and has a table for eating outside. Otherwise, the apartment has everything you could want and is clean and comfortable. They also accommodated us on our checkout as we needed to leave late in order to coordinate with our next destination. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend Ellie this apartment for anyone interested in a relaxing and wonderful stay in Tel Aviv.

Our husband and I went to Tel Aviv to visit family, we had our three children with us ages 11, 9 and 6. We were completely blown away by the entire stay. Elie and Carole were extremely flexible as we were unsure what time we would arrive and they had wanted to meet us at the apartment at check in. Right away they felt like family, as if we had known them forever! They helped us bring our luggage in and showed us around the apartment - the rooms, how to use appliances, the window shades, etc. They spent time with our children to show them how the TV worked, how to use the remote and how to save favorites. They marked a map of Tel Aviv with us and showed us the different beach point, different sections of the city, recommended different apps for us to install that would help us during our stay, including the emergency alert app. We ended up taking our son to the hospital for an ear infection our first night there - it was because of Elie and Carole that we knew where to go and how to get there. They even set up a WhatsApp chat for us to communicate with each other during the stay where they provided PDFs of places to eat and things to do during our stay. They really covered it all! They were available for questions that we had throughout the week and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Our last night they came to say goodbye and see us off. These hosts are truly unforgettable and we can't wait to stay with them again! Amazing apartment and amazing hosts!
