Amazing Condo 5 min walk from Beach, north water views!

Overall, I was very happy with the place. Areas of improvement: cleaner linen on the beds (not dirty, just old with some stains), and cleaner furniture (stains on the couch). Location was great, condo was good, elevator was slow at times, and staff was friendly.

I would highly recommend the BW apartment that we rented in July. It was very spacious for the 6 of us that stayed there. Loved having the separate bedrooms and the living/dining space was wide open. The kitchen appliances were very nice and new. We enjoyed hanging out on the large balcony with the beautiful views at day and night! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. There was a huge walk-in closet in the master and plenty of space in the 2nd bedroom closet as well. Bathrooms were a great size with all modern fixtures. There was also a washer and dryer which would come in handy for bathing suits and towels. The location was fantastic. We were right across the bridge from the beach. We visited Aventura Mall which was 5 mins away as well as South Beach, Bayside, & the Pembroke Pines area. All easily accessible from this location. There was a Publix and Starbucks close by as well as many other stores. We would definitely return and stay in this apartment again. *Only suggestion I would make is to have a full length mirror in the master bathroom. There are several walls by the bedroom and bathroom that would fit a mirror.
