About this villa rental
Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra.
- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
The rent includes 130 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
The Space:
Magnificent finca with private pool in a wonderful location in the countryside. The house is located in a very quiet location (dead end), with a beautiful view.
There is almost no contact with the immediate neighbors. A beautiful, not overlooked roof terrace invites to enjoy some lonely time.
The large property is completely fenced, parking is available for several cars.
The house is comfortable and tastefully furnished.
In addition, the tenants can use Internet with Wi-Fi. And there is a table tennis plate and a basquet ball for recreational activities.
The following rooms are available:
Living-dining room (with air conditioning), american kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).
There is a sofa bed for 2 children (1,15 m wide).
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by a key-box.
The Neighborhood:
The next sandy beach can be reached in 12 minutes by car. Restaurants and supermarket are about 5 minutes away by car.
Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
The arrival and departure has to be of Saturday - Saturday. Other days only are possible on request.

Wir waren zufrieden in der Finca Casa Luna und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt ist die Finca an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Es war alles da was man zum leben brauchte. Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten war jemand erreichbar.
Am Einzugstag konnten wir leider erst gegen halb 5 ins Haus, das war etwas doof, da wir schon morgens um 10 Uhr gelandet sind, aber das Haus musste halt noch gereinigt werden.
Wir haben mehr Strom verbraucht, als inklusive war und mussten somit noch Geld nachzahlen, allerdings konnten wir das nicht nachvollziehen, weil uns kein Zählerstand beim Einzug und auch bei Auszug gezeigt wurde und das wurde uns erst nach der Rückkehr mitgeteilt.
Wir haben das aber so akzeptiert, weil wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht haben und auch nicht vorher drüber nachgedacht haben.
Die Außenanlage ist sehr groß und der Pool ist toll.

Onze eerste kennismaking in Spanje is prima bevallen in dit fijne huis! Het was onder andere de vrijheid om het huis, het royale eigen zwembad en uiteraard het huis zelf. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de royale veranda waardoor je uit de zon kon genieten van je ontbijt, middag en avond eten.
De airco werkte voortreffelijk, en de communicatie met de beheerder ter plekke was zeer snel. Kortom een heerlijke plek om vakanti te vieren

Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man einen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung verbringen will.
