About this villa rental
The villa is located 900 meters from the sea surrounded by greenery with private pool and sea view. It has a private parking space at the entrance. Externally a relaxation area has been created, studied in detail. Everything is designed around nature and the materials used are exclusively precious wood and local stone handcrafted. A large wooden solarium with a sea view surrounds the pool with comfortable wooden seats all around. Immersed in the vegetation is the breakfast corner, a wooden seat wrapped in arbutus berries which in the morning offers guests the possibility of waking up to the sound of nature immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub. Facing the sea, a maxi outdoor bed made of wood and stone with nautical cushions, is the gem to relax in peace and privacy. The covered dining area is by the pool. The pool has been designed also for families with children, in fact it has a large area with shallow water that allows adults to lie in the sun in a cool place and children to play easily in the water. On the back the barbeque area.
Internally it has a living room with kitchen, three double bedrooms, one of which possibly with two beds, and two bathrooms. Equipped with air conditioning, wi fi connection and all the comforts, it is the perfect solution for a holiday of Sea, Nature and Relax.

Der Außenbereich ist großzügig, nicht einsehbar und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Der Innenbereichen der Villa Beatrice wirkt dagegen leider vernachlässigt. Dem Wohnzimmer fehlt ein Sofa, das auf dem Bild noch zu sehen ist. Die Küchenmöbel sind beschädigt. Küchenausstattung lieblos. Achtung: Klimatisierung gibt es nur einmal im Wohnraum und nicht nochmal extra in den Schlafzimmern. Die Betten sind nur etwa 1,50xm 1,90 m. Insgesamt wäre es ein absolutes Top Objekt, wenn der Eigentümer sich nach vielen Jahren auch mal wieder der Einrichtung widmen würde.

Lage und Aussicht des Hauses waren sehr schön. Der Empfang und die Einweisung durch Sagi waren sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

Diego hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Garten, Aussicht und Anlage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider hatten wir etwas Wetterpech (Mitte bis Ende April), die Wohnung ist nicht beheizbar und somit waren die Abende und Nächte etwas ungemütlich. Alles in Allem aber absolut empfehlenswert, vor allem die Aussicht und die Ruhe in dieser Ecke der Insel haben uns beeindruckt.
