This 62m² apartment, located on the 1st floor with a lift, offers a cosy and functional environment for up to 3 people. It consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bright living room with a sofa bed ideal for an additional guest, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric hob, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals, and a modern bathroom with a shower.

• Praça do Comércio - 30 min walk and 20 min by public transport;
• Bairro Alto - 30 min walk and 20 min by public transport;
• Lisbon Airport - 20 min by car and 35 min by public transport.
Check-in and Check-out Information:
- Check-in from 4:00 PM;
- Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Check-in will be done autonomously through self check-in, with all instructions sent in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.
Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays, excluding holidays, located at Cais do Sodré.
On the day of departure, please ensure that:
- you take everything with you;
- the rubbish has been placed in the respective containers outside the building;
- the apartment keys are left on the table;
- the apartment and the building are locked.
Please be careful not to make noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.

The property was within walking distance from the Metro which offers convenient access to most of the City. It was comfortable and pretty well equipped. It would have been helpful if a few basic food items such as bread and milk had been obtained in advance of our arrival. However, the local supermarket is just down the road which is most useful.

Muy bien pero con cosas a mejorar:
- falta de papel higiénico
- escobilla del water rota
- las primeras dos noches se alojo una sola persona y sin embargo cobraron la tasa turística por 2.
- mejorar un poco la limpieza. Los cristales hace años que no se limpian
