the staffs doesn’t speak English or any language
cleanings service was horrible, they don’t clean every day the rooms and don’t charge the refrigerator
animation group was not so interesting

the resort was cosy, good value for money in April.
the reception staff were rude, the room cleaning staff were cleaning even things should not be cleaned ...., we were given wrong rooms the first night, and after argument we were moved to the rooms we reserved, we lost our tablet and some money in rooms. the AC either not working or we cannot turn it off.
