Majestic Beach Towers 1-1615

We liked the location and in the amount of pools and hot tubs

We didn’t receive the emails for registration of the vehicle made things very confusing and hard we didn’t get the sign off sheet email to sign off and receive our door code we had to call real joy to receive any of this. Waited an hour in the parking garage with the security trying to get it all fixed made things very hard wasn’t a smooth check in at all.

Very quick response from Realjoy. Would definitely book with them again.

Elevator was slow because one was out the whole time we was there.

We were pleasantly surprised to have 3 beach chairs a beach umbrella and a small cooler in the room to be able to use. I imagine these were left from previous renters. So I paid it forward and left a couple beach towels and a few other little things that hopefully will surprise the next visitors! The toaster should be replaced before it causes a fire and the outside outlet needs fixed. But everything else was great!

As I mentioned above...the outlet on the balcony doesn't work and the toaster needs replaced before it causes a fire.

The view was beautiful

we could not sleep in the bedroom because it was so hot. All you heard was the elevator going up and down they had a dehumidifier in there what we were not told about it that made the room hot. It filled up three or more times a day the floors were dirty there was no potholders to take anything out of the oven . I wore white socks, and by the time I walked around the whole condo they were black I would not recommend this unit 1615
