This is a lovely B&B apartment for a couple or family with small children. An oasis of calm in a busy city, with charming decoration and native Colombian art. Jorge and Raquel are excellent hosts. The studio (lounge/bedroom) is clean and comfortable as is the bathroom with excellent toiletries. We had a splendid breakfast. If you are in Bogota for a short stay this is highly recommended.

The apartaestudio is very clean, spacious, peaceful, and comfortable. It’s also in a great location. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts seem to be very kind people.

However, I do need to mention an important concern regarding the Wi-Fi security. The network is configured with WPA and a weak numeric password, which is no longer considered secure. Current standards recommend using WPA2 (or WPA3) with AES encryption and a strong password. I raised this issue twice during my stay, but it didn’t seem to be taken seriously. As someone who values device security, this was disappointing—especially since updating these settings is usually a quick and simple process via the router’s admin panel. Additionally, both my iPhone and MacBook Air displayed unusual behavior while connected—not due to weak signal strength, but in ways that made me uncomfortable, including continuous disconnections. I hope this feedback is helpful, as improving the network security would make a big difference for future guests who depend on a safe and reliable connection.

The hosts were very welcoming. From the very beginning there was good communication. During the stay, they were very attentive and flexible towards any needs. The breakfast was great, way better than in any hotel. Will definitely be back.
