Acanthes by Welcome to Cannes

The location is wonderful. It was a much needed break from the busyness of Central Cannes during a the Cannes Lions event. It’s only a 20 minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to Central Cannes or Bocca Cannes. Would love to come back and stay here.

Great facilities and spacious sun terrace. Excellent wifi for working.

Location is a long walk down to Cannes and public transport is not great.

The layout of the apartment was very nicely updated, modern and efficient. The indoor space was quite sufficient for the two of us. Supplies and appliances were provided and were top-notch. Air conditioning in both rooms was a big plus since the weather was very hot in July. Having a washing machine was a real treat. The patio area is extensive and very comfortable, and the view is outstanding. One of the pools is next to the apartment (10 steps away) and the second pool is a 30-second stroll from the apartment. Les Croix des Gardes complex/community is very quiet and secure. The area is well located for touring the area and staying out of the large crowds of Cannes central.

After a few days, we were not able to access the TV channels for some reason. Not a big deal at all, but it would have been nice to be able to see some updates and news. Also the throw on the sofa is very scratchy--suggest a softer type throw. The entry door to the building (Acanthes) needs to have a new or reworked lock, as it is difficult to unlock/open without much effort and luck.
