We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The food was delicious, and the location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The wonderful hospitality, the amazing room, the great shower, the breakfast was superb, the location is perfect. All the staff members goes above and beyond in order for you to enjoy. The pools are wonderful, the kids club on both hotel (they share some public space with the Westin) is very good. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The security is very good and we've felt very welcomed.
Nothing. They did try to convice us very presuasevly to upgrade our room at the check in, but it within the norm. The hotel price wasn't as cheap as many alternatives in Aqaba, but it comes with a very good quality.
