Most uncomfortable bed and very poor quality bedding, left a day early for home.

Fence dog garden, towels supplied.

Very tiny, not suitable really for two people. The bed mattress was very hard, clean bedding but would have require a better mattress peotector. The duvet and pillow are of extremely poor quality, lumpy polyester fibre. They had obviously been washed many, many times and needed replacing. Had been washed to death. Therefore, there was only a thin, poor quality nylon pillow protector. I’d have at least expected a good quality quilted type. Really let the place down. So uncomfortable we left on the next morning rather than stay another night. Most disappointed that the owners had scinprd on the bedding.

It had everything practical you could have needed. It was really clean and they had wonderful little touches for our dog as well. Very nice location either way a pub a couple of minutes away which was lovely and very dog friendly (our dog made it onto the dog wall of fame!). A very quiet site with not much noise. The access to the spa is fantastic, we went a couple of times and it was really lovely.

The bed wasn’t overly comfy but I think that’s just our personal preference. We couldn’t understand why parking for the studio was up on the lay-by and not one of the spaces right next to the studio by the laundry? Can’t comment on the staff as we didn’t see them the whole weekend.

Perfect

The accommodation was excellent, 2 spacious bedrooms with full bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. (Had not realised that would be there so added bonus.) The environment around the house was excellent and well kept. The house impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The drive to the free pool and Spa was short and easy and the facilities there also excellent. And the short walk to the lovely pub also enjoyable.

Delightful, good value for money, definitely visit the leisure centre.

Perfect side studio for a couple with two small dogs who planned on being out and about and then getting cosy for the evening. We didn’t use the cooking facilities but nice to have the option if we were there longer. Staff were delightful start to finish and we were left to enjoy our mini honeymoon in peace. Very quiet considering we were in the dog & child friendly area too. Lovely that towels were provided. The leisure centre is 10/10, we had a lovely time there. Great food.

To be super duper picky, tea and coffee would’ve been amazing for short break goers and the fence could have been a bit higher, we kept our puppy on a lead while letting her out on the patio as she had jumped over twice and she’s literally the size of a rat. Would’ve loved if the bed was secured to the floor, it was fine and comfortable enough but if you are planning a movie marathon from bed you could feel the bed sliding away from the wall. We were thankful for the blankets for the dogs as the sound of their nails on the floor was quite annoying at night, definitely bring dog beds from home.

Lovely place, host/office is friendly and helpful. Great facilities, pub a short walk from the place. Well worth a visit as it's location is just off the main road providing good access to this part of Conrwall.

A lovely stay. Made a welcome difference to a difficult journey

The Cottage was bright, clean and comfy. A welcome relief after a long journey from London Staff were not intrusive but were at the end of the phone and went out of their way to ensure even the slightest queries were dealt with.They were even happy to give me information on their mattress supplier. We had an amazingly comfy bed! Definately recommend and will stay there again.

One radiator did not work properly downstairs but an electric heater was given to replace it. Which worked fine Loose floorboard in bedroom. Didn't spoil our stay, but slightly annoying at first

Bijou studio good for a short stay

The property was clean and a 40 minute drive from our destination the next day. Good access to facilities and the sports centre was a 10 minute drive away

My only gripe was that when sat on the loo you could see dirty marks at the back of the sink overflow hole. the Mirror in the bedroom is a bit high above the dressing table for petite people and when reaching to turn switches off beneath the light you also turn on /off the led mirror. We never actually saw anyone on arrival but we didn't get there til after 6pm

The cottage on arrival was spotless. Very comfortable bed and the cottage had absolutely everything you needed. Fabulous stay and the staff were brilliant. Can opener broke and was replaced immediately.

China Fleet passes for the swimming pool and other facilities, BBQ, very clean cottage, staff were friendly and helpful, pretty landscaping, good location

Cottage itself was a little dated. Shower and beds were average. Curtains in the main bedroom were pretty useless at blocking out the light Limited and slow internet, and TV didn't have an internet connection. 4G was good enough

The location was perfect, the kids loved the use of the pool - we went everyday at their request! We would definitely book again!

There could have been more info on what was included e.g dishwasher tablets/loo roll etc. so we could have a shop delivered for our arrival. As it was we had a look round and then went but having driven 7h to get there it would be a useful touch to avoid getting the family back into a car!

Superb

It was in a great location and it was great for the kids - with a park on-site. The passes to the China Fleet Country Club were also a great addition - my kids loved the pool. The appliances all worked great. There was a washing machine and dryer which was useful.

The WiFi was non-existent, and we were unable to connect for the whole stay. The drainage in the showers was not great, and the shower in the main bathroom was basically inoperable. The cottage smelled a little of cigarette smoke.

Brilliant!

The property was perfect for our stay! Great location as we went to the MX Racing 6 mins away. The place is beautiful, enough room for us all. A lovely view and in a quiet area surrounded by trees. We will definitely be recommending this place to others and returning in the future.
