The buffet restaurant had very good meals, broad choice of dishes and nice personnel.
The swimming pool is great.
Nice location, close to the nature.
1) CATERING
Lunches in the bistro were below average. For such prices, the portions were small, staff paid almost no attention to the guests, waiting times were long, and the same meals were prepared with different ingrediences than described in the menu. Once we even got two plates of Greek salad and each plate looked different.
Hygiene around the buffet was insufficient. Staff should be cleaning more often so that there are not bread crumbs lying around, same tablespoons being used for different foods, etc.
2) ROOM
Our room had no phone and we got one installed in the middle of our stay. The personnel just burst into the room with no explanation, nor apology.
In the end, the phone still did not work.
No one informed us upon our arrival that there is no wifi in the room, we only got an external router after self-inquiry at the reception. This should have been communicated right away during the check-in.
We had a "premium" room but cannot tell what was premium about it, it was rather small and the equipment was basic. Moreover, the AC was broken and barely worked.
Cleaning service was not very thorough. Vacuuming didn't happen every day and we didn't get tea/coffee refill every day.
3) BEACH
We had no issue with the seaweed, however, considering the amount of dry seaweed on the shore, it is clearly all-year long phenomena so it is suspicious that the photos on the website show no signs of seaweed, neither is it mentioned anywhere. We understand why some people can be discouraged to go in the water because of it.
4) OTHER
The personnel is very disorganized. Even though everyone is friendly and nice, the management clearly does not work efficiently.
The hotel has its own information website for the guest but there is absolutely no useful information there. No facility opening times, no daily restaurant menus, no online reservation system, no chat/whatsapp channel for the reception,...
