In a privileged position and in a panoramic point, immersed in large green spaces facing the Grigna, Villa Meridiana is certainly one of the most representative properties of the entire Valsassina.
From the villa you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
Built in 1974, the property consists of an impressive four-storey chalet, for a total of 800 sq m.
The villa is equipped with all comforts and tastefully furnished.
Very bright and silent, it can accommodate numerous companies thanks to the large common areas, while guaranteeing guests moments of privacy, tranquility and relaxation.

The imposing external staircase leads directly to the large terrace that surrounds two sides of the house.

• Heidi Room: large double room entirely covered with wooden paneling, with armchair bed.

• Full bathroom with shower in the corridor, serving the rooms without their own bathroom.

ATTIC
Extensive open space, also equipped with a play area for children.
Furnished with 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. On request it is possible to add 2 folding single beds (tot. 10 beds)

LIVE THE GARDEN
Villa Meridiana is located in a large fenced park owned where expertly alternating tall trees, low shrubs and English lawn.

CHILDREN
This house is a true paradise for children of all ages.
Inside, the stairs are all protected by solid and safe wooden gates.
Equipment: 5 high chairs, 3 camping beds complete with mattresses specific linen.
DVDs and games for children available.
The attic is a very safe area where you can let off steam, even very small children.

OTHER SERVICES
The house is very large and equipped with every comfort, except for the landline phone (not present).
Free wi-fi connection.
The TV is equipped with a Sky satellite connection (Sky card not supplied) and a digital terrestrial decoder.
The kitchen is super-equipped: GE two-door refrigerator, 90 cm hob, 90 cm oven, microwave, slicer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included).

ANIMALS
Dogs accepted, but strictly NOT inside the house.
Dogs can sleep in the garden or on the veranda.
The owners of the animals are always responsible for any damage caused, as well as dog excrement.
Cats and other animals are NOT allowed.

POOL
The heating of the swimming pool is an extra cost, optional: € 95 / day, minimum 2 days.

CONSUMPTION AND CLEANING
All consumption (gas, water, hot water, electricity, heating from September to April) and final cleaning are already calculated in the HomeAway rate.
A person is also available for daily or periodic cleaning (optional, on request).

LINEN AND EQUIPMENT
Sheets and towels: an initial change is provided complete with sheets and towels, including: 1 face towel, 1 small towel, 1 bathrobe or large towel (free of charge).
On request, it is possible to take advantage of a weekly change (5 euros per person).

HOUSE RULES
Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Early / late check-in / check-out: to be agreed in advance, possible only if another group is not arriving / departing on the same day.
NB: there is a supplement for particularly anomalous times.
Smoking: smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Green policy: in our small way, we try to respect nature. We do the separate collection and ask our guests to do the same, following the instructions that will be provided.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
For security reasons, the general information of all guests is required before their arrival.
In the case of groups with an average age of less than 25 years, the property reserves the right to ask for a greater security deposit, up to double.
