About this house rental
Our lovely romantic style home can host up to 5 people; it's fully furnished and equipped to make you feel at home throughout your stay. It has a spacious living room with seating for 8 people, a beautiful kitchen, patio, private laundry area with washer machine, two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a toilette. It has also a private terrace with deck chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and dining room, two LCD TVs, complete dinner set, cookware, gas oven and stoves, spacious refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, water filter and all the accesories you need to feel like in your home.
The apartment also has cable TV and wireless high-speed internet.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 3 twin size beds. Linens and towels are included.
This is a smoke free duplex and building. If you are found smoking in the property, you will be charged an additional $260 fee.
Our apartment is located in the geographical center of Buenos Aires city, in Palermo Queen neighborhood, just 100 meters away from the famous Outlet Stores. It is a safe zone, with several transportation options like trains, subways, buses and taxis, all within 200 meters from the house. It's also walking distance from many restaurants and touristic places. The house is also 700 mtrs away from Parque Centenario, a very big and beautiful park with many activities and playgrounds.

First impression is somewhat neutral, but as the days go by one begins to appreciate more and more the neighborhood and the apartment. The apartment is not anywhere close to luxurious and it certainly could benefit from some needed tender loving care. The halls from the street to the apartment are full of junk and the streets are not being kept. The neighborhood is typically "portenya," and it is full of restaurants, grocery stores, fruit and vegetable vendors and a wonderful bakery almost next door. Transportation is easily available. The apartment could have better towels and other supplies, but is quiet, confortable and happy. Dafna, the contact person, is most efficient and very helpful.
