The condo was clean and looked out over an estuary. It was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bed was extremely comfortable. We didn’t use the other two bedrooms, but they would have been good for another couple and some 2 kids. I think anyone who decides to stay here will be pleased with their experience. The two pools were well maintained, too.

We have stayed in the area many times and wanted to try oceanwalk. Our stay exceeded our expectation. Easy walk to the ocean. The condo was spacious and in excellent condition we liked the swimming pools and the covered under building parking. We hope to stay at oceanwalk again. It was great!!!

If the air conditioning was working this would have been 5 stars all the way. The maintenance guys worked to accommodate us and put two portable free standing units in 2 of the bedrooms, but despite that, the unit never got below 78 degrees in the main part so cooking and hanging out in the living area weren’t possible. The management company didn’t have any other properties available that fit our needs so we decided to tough it out with the understanding that we would get a few days of our stay compensated. They compensated for 2 nights 2 weeks after we returned after I inquired several times.
A word of advice, if you are checking in after hours, the office where you need to pick up your keys is about 3 miles before you get to the resort. This was our first time dealing with a management company with VRBO rather than an individual owner so that caused some confusion upon check in.
The unit was extremely clean and spacious. The furniture is very nice as well. We enjoyed time on the screened in balcony. The privacy offer by the estuary was great! There is a nice big washer and dryer that I wish I could bring home!
