At the exit of the hamlet, 80m² duplex cottage, adjoining the owners but independent.
- Accommodates 4 people Garden 3000 m².
- Closed parking.
- Private pool (5X12m) unheated, fenced and equipped with an alarm.
- Ground floor - Open kitchen + living room / dining room.
- Shower room (bathroom furniture, sink) - - washing machine - WC
- Storage closet (vacuum cleaner - broom - bucket - 3 bins I sort...)
- Floor - 1 Bedroom with bed 140 - bedside tables - chest of drawers
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 - bedside tables - chiffonnier
- Independent WC
- Dressing cabinet & small storage (iron and ironing board)
- Full bathroom and large Italian shower.
Any comfort with WiFi, flat screen TV.
- Outdoor dining corners with BBQ (grill griddle)
- Covered summer lounge.
- NO Smoking Allowed.
- Cot and adaptable baby chair provided.
- End of stay cleaning option: 50 €

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce très beau gîte, spacieux et très bien aménagé
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis par la jolie terrasse et le petit salon extérieurs. Tout est conçu pour le repos dans un cadre verdoyant avec un magnifique tilleul à l'arrière de la maison qui nous permet de nous installer à l'ombre.
La piscine est magnifique. Les enfants en ont bien profité.
Les propriétaires sont discrets et d'une extrême gentillesse.
La région est magnifique tant côté plaine avant les champs de tournesol, et de lavandes mais aussi les noyers à perte de vue (spécialité de la région).
Le massif du Vercors abrite quelques jolis villages à découvrir et des paysages à couper le souffle. Pour les ados et les familles , nous recommandons les parcs d'accrobranche .
Gîte et région à recommander pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et avons profité de la piscine très agréable. Tout le confort est présent.
La tranquillité et le calme.
Excellente vacances avec notre petite fille avec Mojito, Noisette et Pepito.

Just back from a week staying at Beatrice and John Paul’s property. Such a gorgeous location and the whole property offers complete escapism. The swimming pool is a dream in a stunning setting at the foot of the Vercors. Beatrice and John Paul are incredible hosts but also respect that you are on holiday. Our 6 year old loved the space to run around and the coolness of a stone brick house on a hot day. We would really recommend this property as ideal base to explore the area.
