This residence is situated in Sao Martinho do Porto, just below Nazaré, a six minute walk to the bay. The apartment is in a condominium with communal pool and garden. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters away, the tourist epicenter at 500 meters. It is an hour's drive from Lisbon.
Your holiday home was newly built in 2014 and offers 100m² of living space for six people. It features a bright and modern living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. The living room has a sitting area, cable TV, dining area and views of hills and greenery. At the rear is a terrace overlooking the park. The open kitchen offers all appliances, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave ..... The two-bedroom, one furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe. This room has direct access to the pool and sunbathing area. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (90 x 200cm), so the apartment has six beds in total. There are also two bathrooms, one with a tub and a bidet, the other with a shower. The two bathrooms each have a sink. The living room and two bedrooms have air conditioning, which is set at the ideal temperature.
