House of Flowers just 40 meters from the sea of Solanto

Cozy little villa in private residence on the sea of Solanto, near Santa Flavia. The cottage has been recently renovated and the furnishings are new. Outside there is a terrace with beautiful views of the blue sea, from which to enjoy moments of great serenity and relaxation.
The terrace is furnished with table and chairs for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners and a sofa area. At the back is the barbecue.
The terrace leads to the living room and kitchen. The large window overlooking the sea in front of the sofa looks like a landscape painting that changes as the day goes by. In the living room is a sofa, an area with table and chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has a balcony with a sea view and a bathroom; there is a second double bedroom with a private bathroom.
A short walk from the villa is a private gate leading to the sea, an area of rocks that is easy to enjoy (even for children over 10 years old) thanks to the presence of a platform with steps for access to the water.
The landscape is very picturesque, prickly pear plants (characteristic of Sicily) grow on the rocks, the seabed is transparent and the blue water invites a pleasant swim.

The house is located in a residence consisting of a few other villas, only families with children live there, so maximum respect is required for the tranquility and in the enjoyment of the sea. Access to the sea is shared with guests of the houses in the residence.
Notify time of arrival in case of late check in. In case of late check in after 10 pm will be charged an additional fee of euro 20.00.
At check in I will ask for the tourist tax in cash: €2.00 per person per night for the first 6 nights of stay (children under 10 years old do not pay).
