About this cottage rental

Lovely year-round house of approx. 80 m2 with the forest as a neighbor. Located on quiet road. There is free internet in the house.
The house has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a double bed as well as a bunk bed. Large dining kitchen with cooker, fridge / freezer. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Living room with nice wood stove, two sofas and armchair as well as TV. Large garden with garden furniture and large trees. The house also has two lovely terraces one on each side of the house.

Lovely place

We loved exploring the Orrefors region, a lovely part of Sweden. Stina's place was perfect for us, located in quiet woodland. It was clean and just as described by Stina in clear communications.

Alles da, Vollausstattung vom Putzmittel + Equipment, Kochgeschirr, mehr als zu Hause, 2 Terrassen(Osten+Westen) incl. Gartenmöbel und Webergrill. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Lediglich die Beleuchtung im Haus könnte etwas heller sein.

Wir hatten eine wirkliche schöne Zeit in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus, das top ausgestattet ist. Alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Buchung war einfach und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir können den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist auch gut, schön ruhig gelegen, in einer Seitenstraße. Im Ort gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und man kann von dort aus einen kleinen Wanderweg gehen, der sehr schön ist.

Es gab kleine Probleme (z.B. Sickergrube), bei den aber die Vermieterin schnell half. Das Haus ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, Kleinigkeiten funktionieren nicht oder nicht richtig (Stereoanlage, Duschkopfhalterung, Wasserhahn u. Ä.), das Haus war nicht richtig saubergemacht von den Vormietern, der Nachbar (ca. 20m. Entfernung) machte oft Lärm, unter der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel. Die Vermieterin ist nett und hilfsbereit, wohnt aber in Dänemark und kriegt nicht alles mit, was den Zustand des Hauses anbetrifft. Ich war allerdings auf spartanische Verhältnisse vorbereitet (ich besaß früher selber so ein Pipi Langstrumpf Häußchen), war also nicht besonders überrascht. Die Umgebung ist schön, wie ganz Smaland und wer hauptsächlich durch den Wald Radfahren will, wird auch in diesem Häußchen seinen Spaß haben.

Sommerhuset er fint. Der er alt man har brug for. Omgivelserne er smukke og fredelige. I dammen tæt på kan man fiske og ro. Kalmar slot er ikke langt væk, og Astrid Lindgrens Verden er 1,5 timer med bil. Vi kommunikerede lidt med husejer, og hun var meget hjælpsom og venlig.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Schwedenhaus war super. Vor allem für die Kinder. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht. 😊 Und das Außengelände ist herrlich zum spielen und zum entspannen. Nach Kalmar/Öland fährt man ca. eine Stunde.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können das Haus empfehlen

Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Holzofen mit Glasscheibe um das Feuer beobachten zu können. Es gab sogar einen BlueRay Player. Super Verständigung mit den Eigentümern. Das Haus liegt an einer nur von den Anwohnern und daher wenig befahrenen Straße. Im kleinem Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Schrank oder ein Regal um Kleidungsstücke unterzubringen. Unserer Tochter hat das nicht gestört aus dem Koffer zu leben, aber wenn 2 Erwachsene das Zimmer nutzen, könnte es eng werden. Die beiden Sofas sind recht durchgessen und sollten vielleicht mal getauscht werden. Im Sommer würde uns die Möglichkeit fehlen die Schlafzimmer zu verdunklen. Aber das waren für uns nur Kleinigkeiten die dem insgesamt positiven Eindruck nicht schmälern konnten. Vielleich Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel 18/19. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Herd mit Ceran-Kochfeld und Backofen, gut funktonierendes W-LAN usw. Es gibt zwei gut bestückte große Terrassen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Lediglich im Schlafzimmer fehlten die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten und es gab kein Fenster mit einem Moskitonetz zum ständigen Lüften.

Wunderschönes Schwedenhaus

Das Haus liegt wenige Kilometer von Orrefors an einem kleinen Weg, mit 3 weiteren Häuschen auf einer Lichtung. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. In allen Räumen ist genug Platz für 6 Personen. Die Betten sind gut, nicht durchgelegen. Ein großer Grill ist vorhanden. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Auf der Terrasse kann man den Tag genießen und im Garten ist Platz für Aktivitäten wie Federball und Krocket. Für Kinder sind ein Fußballtor, Schaukeln, eine Rutsche und eine große Wiese vorhanden. Auf den Lichtungen und durch den Wald kann man stundenlang wandern und nach Tieren Ausschau halten. Ein großer Badesee ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, zu Fuß durch den Wald knapp eine Stunde. Im Ort Orrefors (5 Minuten mit dem Auto, ca. 30 min. zu Fuß) gibt es einen Laden mit gutem Lebensmittelangebot und eine Tankstelle. Für uns war es eine perfekte Basis für den Urlaub im Smaland. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell (per Email, deutsch und englisch).
