About this farm stay rental
Ca 'del Bosco is an agriturismo of 16 hectares, set on a hill 250 meters above sea level, surrounded by the green mountains of Lunigiana.
In the picture: the two restored farmhouses and, sheltered in the green, the swimming pool for guests.
It is mainly organized in the production of wine (and in sheep breeding.
The farm stands on top of the hill, which offers an incomparable view of the Val Magra, the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the Apuan Alps.
Descending towards the sea, the prestigious Cinque Terre town is easily reachable.
The agriturismo is made up of two old farmhouses, one of which is in stone, located within a large garden. A patio and an ancient medieval courtyard covered by an old wisteria define the common areas for the meeting of guests.
The Cipresso apartment consists of a large living room with fireplace, kitchenette with all comforts including espresso machine, two double bedrooms (one room can be converted into two beds), bathroom with shower. The apartment is tastefully furnished and respecting the tradition, and equipped with a fireplace, independent heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor barbecue, private terrace of 35 m2.
Laundry is available.
Ideal for stays of tranquility and privacy. Thanks also to the pleasant summer climate, mitigated by the fresh air of the Apennines and the healthy breeze of the Tyrrhenian sea from which it is 30 minutes by car.
From the Lunigiana, located on the border with Liguria and Emilia-Romagna, important cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca, Parma, Florence, Luni (Etruscan-Roman city exchanged by the Vikings for ancient Rome) are easily reachable, or renowned seaside resorts such as Forte dei Marmi, Portofino, Cinque Terre, Lerici and Porto Venere.
For leisure time, they are available for the exclusive use of guests:
a swimming pool - 19 x 7.5 meters
mountain bike bicycles for small uses but with the possibility to rent professional bikes also assisted for trekking.

For lovers of equestrian tourism, we have activated a collaboration with the equestrian center "Ca 'di Rossi", bordering the farm.
Near the house there is a tennis court (active convention for our guests).

trekking and mountain bike trails in the nearby Apennines.
