The location is perfect! There is a nice restaurant at the hotel.
The rooms are tiny and sadly not the cleanest. We had bread crumbs in the room when we arrived.

Gorgeous little hotel! Super warm and friendly staff, housekeeping were really nice. Lovely sun deck and complementary wine and beers. The room was super clean and comfortable. I requested a quiet room and got it. I stayed here for almost two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed myself, I could have easily stayed longer. I’ll be back :)

Location is nice, there is a parking nearby though you should pay for it 65 shekels per day it is quite decent for Tel Aviv. The hotel is comfy, there is a tel avivian vibe which is nice, personally not a fan of it but still it was nice. The staff do the best to be nice as well. The rooms look good, we even get a better room for free with a patio.
Too small for my taste, boutique style but still everything is too small. The patio is right near the neighbor building, which leaves you with lack of space and confidentiality. They can basically see through the window what you are doing in your room. Also, we had a problematic moment with the waitress at breakfast: the hotel has a cafe downstairs not only for guests but for other customers as well. The girl that met us told that she would find us a table, and we expected she told the waiters we are the guests. We ordered, suffered a bit from the service because it was very long, we didn’t get any priority as hotel guests. And at the end the waitress was very surprised when we told her we are the guests here, she said “you should tell us in advance” and charged us for the cookie, even didn’t said thank you when we left 20 shekels for service!!! Very rude, as a guest I do not have to tell her anything, it is her job to ask me and find out, there was too much familiarity and I regret paying her service at all. I would recommend this place to others but I won’t come back, it isn’t worth its price, sorry.

The location and design was nice
You can hear everything even through it was the New Year’s Eve the washing machine was on the whole night and you can hear everything. The breakfast was not nice I must say and it was the one thing I was really looking forward to. The avocado toast had bits of old avocado mixed with fresh avocado. The poached egg was definitely done before and was warmed up however, you could still taste the fizz. I ate it cause I was starving but would not order it there ever again.
