About this villa rental
The Nubian style Villa Y 34 is in a very quiet area of West Golf 2 in El Gouna (20 minutes north of Hurghada airport). The villa, with vaulted and domed ceilings, offers 4 to 6 persons the opportunity to relax and rest in a peaceful atmosphere. Admire the lagoon view during the day and experience romantic nights by the pool under the unique starry sky and palm trees. Feel at home.
It has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to six - perfect for families and groups. It is air conditioned, with 3 bathrooms, 5 sun terraces and a lagoon beach.
Top floor bedroom (double bed): traditional Egyptian dome ceiling, private bathroom (toilet, shower enclosure), private terrace, with a splendid view of the swimming pool and lagoon. There are another two separate terraces on the top floor, one facing the lagoon, one facing the garden.
Master bedroom (double bed) on the ground floor with traditional Egyptian dome ceiling, own bathroom (toilet, bath), private terrace. Double bed.
Second bedroom (two single beds) on the ground floor with private bathroom (toilet and washing machine), private terrace.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, bedside cabinets, dressing tables (including a mirror) and direct access to the swimming pool area with a splendid view of the lagoon.
The dining room seats 6 people in comfort.
Kitchen if fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven and dishwasher.
Lounge is equipped with lcd TV, cd-dvd player, el gouna satellite. 1 coffee table, big sofas, 2 armchair, 1 table.
In front of the villa a private car parking space is available.
Plants/shrubbery spread around the villa including palm trees.
There are 6 cushioned sun-beds, a shaded pergola, parasols and a built-in barbeque poolside. The resort offers Red Sea diving, world class kite-surfing, a PGA golf course and virtually guaranteed year round sunshine! El Gouna marinas and downtown provide a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shopping and are easily accessible. Cultural trips to Luxor, The Nile, Cairo are easily arranged. A host of other activities are possible from desert quad-biking to night clubbing in Hurghada, or just a leisurely boat trip around El Gouna's lagoons.

This is the third stay in this property, we love where it is situated, the views from the roof terraces are great. There are the different places to eat outside and the pool is a lovely size. We would definitely stay in this Vila again.

Love this property! Everything was as described/pictured. Very comfortable bedrooms, the kitchen is nicely stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, even a dishwasher. The pool area is lovely and the various balconies and outdoor seating areas are great. It is very quiet here. Loved the El Gouna area as well. Fun restaurants and shops downtown and the beaches are just a short drive away. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Just got back to the uk. Villa was located well. Only downfall to this villa was didn’t look like had been cleaned for weeks. Thick of dust everywhere. Couldn’t have a bath as was no plug. Getting the tv to work took ages as wouldn’t connect to the box. The best thing about this villa is the outside. The outlook and the pool.
