19th Century Stone Art Villa with heated Pool & 360 Sea View Terrace in Nature Park

We loved the unique character of the house and how its original, traditional features are integrated with more modern elements. We particularly loved the spacious outdoor areas—the roof terrace, the pool area, and the BBQ area. This gave our family plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the peace and quiet whenever we wanted. The area is wonderfully tranquil but still doesn't feel isolated or remote. The views are absolutely stunning! We will definitely miss the sea views, the Biokovo Mountains, and the stars at night from the roof terrace. Vito, the host, was very responsive and helpful, offering great suggestions for things to do in the area.

Can't think of anything.

The house is stunning, the location is fantastic, From the first moment that we arrived we loved being here, with a welcome Charcuterie platter and bottle of wine It far exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious, comfortable and quiet, with amazing mountain and sea views, great little pool, splendid homemade red wine made by the hosts family, available to buy, our host Vito was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Kotisina is beautiful with so many areas to explore. You must walk up to the Botanical Garden, drive down the hill and walk through the woods to find the unspoilt beach of Nugal or drive to the lovely Velika Duba beach where it’s easy to park next to the beach and it also has a little beach Bar. Our Favourite adventure was the amazing skywalk, It takes your breath away, book your ticket at sunset for stunning photos. We ate great pizza at Basta gourmet bar with harbour views in Makarska. Had tasty local Squid in a restaurant on the main square, cooked a couple of great BBQ’s at the House.

Nothing!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Backyard with dining and grill area awesome! Private pool always clean. Roof terrace perfect for sunbathing and evening drink! The housec is equipped with everything you need. The owner of the house made everything to make our stay comfortable. He was always in touch with us.

Creaking bed in the 2nd floor. Windows should have more effective blinds - it was too bright in the morning.

House and Owner of the house :) A beautiful observation deck on the roof of the house. The perfect place to ask one of the most important questions in your life.
