This detached cottage is located near the village of Napton-on-the-Hill and can sleep two people.
Owl Cottage is a detached cottage near the village of Napton-on-the-Hill, just four miles from Southam. The cottage sleeps two people and has one ground floor double bedroom with shower room and a first floor bathroom. Also in the cottage are an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a mezzanine sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of Warwickshire, Please note: The hot tub will be available from 1st April 2026. Owl Cottage is a lovely romantic base from which to explore this wonderful part of the country.
Amenities: Hot Tub available from 1/4/2026. Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Lawned gardens to side and rear with patio, furniture and Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pubs 10 mins walk. Note: There's restricted head height into the first floor bathroom. Note: Raised, brick-built fish tank in the rear garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is a £30 charge to use the EV charger at the property per week. Please note: The hot tub will be available from 1st April 2026

Extremely clean, tidy has every think you need for your stay, garden is secure for your dog/s , excellent walks and views on your doorstep. all ready tried to book again for feb but dates unavailable- GUTTED. My only comment as didn't want the dogs to go upstairs would have preferred a settee than 2 chairs down stairs. I will go back when we can many thanks

Loved this cottage. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Very clean and tidy, well equipped. Lovely card and box of chocolates on arrival.
