About this apartment rental

70th floor apartment directly overlooking the Paséo and the beach. Large balcony. 2 large bedrooms, one with sea view. A living room with bay window and large balcony (terraza),. equipped with Wifi, French and Spanish channels from April. Equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Walk-in shower with toilet and sink and equipped with a washing machine. + a back room "laundry"

The apartments is a lovely place situated right on the beach. There are a few restaurants just below. There is a little grocery shop around the corner. ivonne is a very pleasant person and helpful would recommended this apartment for a holiday and the hosts.

Ubicación extraordinaria. Piso casi perfecto ... Pero el agua no tenia presión de forma que una ducha era tan larga como un baño. También los anclajes del toldo estaban demasiado oxidados y se atasco al sujetarlo. Amplia habitación de matrimonio y correcta segunda habitación de 2 camas. Cocina americana y amplio salón, muy cómodo. En la terraza solo un toldo que cubría la mitad de la terraza.

Appartement idéalement placé face à la mer et très proche de tous les commerces. Néanmoins hormis la cuisine, le logement est plus vieux que ce qu'il parait sur les photos. Un grand merci à Ivonne qui nous a acceuillie et conseillée génialement bien.
