Good location. Near beach, restaurants, grocery store. Really nice apartment with 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms, AC. Internet coneection is good. Elevator works fine (but is tiny).
Nearby street is really noisy:) especially at night (and I mean like at 3am or so), when all public service workers are in the streets doing their work. No chance to sleep with open windows.

Spacious and well appointed. Living area and Master Bedroom very large.
Lots of cupboard space.
Great Kitchen with oven Hob, coffee filter machine toaster and lots of pots and pans. Useful utility facilities.
Sea view from balcony, accessed from 2 of the bedrooms.
situated right on the seafront with restaurants a shops a few steps away.
Got a bit confused with the rubbish collections, especially where the glass recycling was, as this is down one of the back streets.
The beds are very firm, but this is personal taste.
