About this house rental
SAINT JEAN DE LUZ, offering quick access to the beaches and shops, this nice family house is so friendly offers large volumes, we imagine easily receive a large family or friends. (sleeping for 9 people)
On the ground floor there is a beautiful bright reception room with dining room, a very well equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace and corner grancha, a scullery / laundry room, a room with bed 160 x 200 , a bathroom, separate toilet.
Upstairs are three bedrooms (beds 140 x 190, 140 x 190, 14x190 and 90x190 beds 80 x 190) a bathroom with toilet.
The house is designed with a self-catering apartment at the bottom with no vis-a-vis with the main house we rent, it is even us who occupy this summer. We are very discreet but we will be happy to help if needed.
In a quiet and residential area north of Saint Jean de Luz 10 minutes walk from the shuttle bus to the city center, (every 30 minutes from 9h to 20h15), otherwise also bus stop around the corner for 10 € the 7 days for 5 people traveling together otherwise Itzulia bus paying around the corner.
city center reachable by car in 5 minutes.
free parking, in a dead outside the house, you can park two cars.

We LOVED our stay in this fantastic house! Florence, her husband Jean-Marc and her sister were so incredibly nice and welcoming to us our daughters thought they were meeting long lost aunts and uncles. House was jus perfect with wonderful living areas outside. Close to town and beaches, everything we needed!

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui a pris, malgré notre heure d'arrivée, le temps de nous apporter toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour dans cette belle région. L'emplacement est top et la maison grande et agréable, fidèle au descriptif donné sur le site.
A la fin du séjour, les propriétaires ont pris le temps d'échanger avec nous sur notre expérience, nos visites... moment très agréable et apprécié par toute la famille.
Je recommande vivement !

Wir haben drei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem sehr geräumigen Haus verbracht. Florence, Jean-Marc und Ihre Familie sind tolle Vermieter! Alles war wie beschrieben und die Ausstattung - insbesondere in der Küche - ist sensationell. In Schulnoten eine glatte 1! Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
