Great location next to grocery store and nearby public transportation and mall. Good host communication, AC, and nice to have washer and outdoor drying rack. Husband is 6ft2in and I am 5ft11in so sloping ceiling limited walking upright in part of living room and bathroom. Couch cushions longer than couch so loses comfort. Has whirlpool in tub but no instructions for us English speakers.

We spent 4 days/3 nuits in Madrid and we are very satisfied with this apartment:
- Usera and LeGaspy metros 6/10mn walk
- Supermarket 2 min. walk
- Very close to the center of Madrid by metro (30 mn)
Building's common areas are beautiful
Apartment located on the 10th floor (elevator of course)
No noise pollution
Good equipment

It was really quiet. Not an historic neighborhood but close enough to the center of the town. Besides is really close to the river with the walkable Madrid-Rio area. nearby.
The apartment has everything you can need, Highly recommendable..
