Gorgeous and luxurious three bedroom penthouse apartment located in Meia Praia, on of the prime areas in Lagos, and has a huge private terrace with amazing views over the Meia Praia beach and Lagos itself. The apartment is inserted in a closed condominium with an amazing and big shared pool. The apartment is well located, as the beach and town are only a short walk away.

Located in a well-known area of Meia Praia, Dunas de Lagos, the block is just behind one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, the Meia Praia beach, which is only 450 meters away. Meia Praia is recognized for its golden sands and for being 4 kilometers long.
The Marina of Lagos and train station are only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Through the Marina you will have direct access to the main Avenida which, in return, will lead you directly to Lagos town centre, it is a 10 minute walk from the Marina.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them ensuite, an open kitchen to the lounge, and a huge and private terrace with amazing views to the beach, ocean and the city of Lagos. Two of the three bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool area. The third bedroom has a window that gives access to the private terrace.
The very well furnished and equipped lounge and kitchen opens onto the huge penthouse terrace which is furnished with sun loungers and a big and round dining table. From there you can enjoy the views of the bay and the town.
Facilities include communal swimming pool, children's pool, fast and reliable Wi-Fi and Air con. The apartment has, also, a designated parking space in the garage, however a car is not essencial, but always handy to have.

Well after the covid restrictions allowed we eventually got to Lagos
The apartment was spotless on our arrival and we had been facilitated with an early check in. The huge roof top area was a bonus especially as we were 6 adults and we spent a lot of time there in the morning and evening s. The area itself was very quiet and for us it was easy walking to the Marina area or the beach but someone with mobility problems might struggle. The supermarket was also walkable for a light run but we took advantage of an Uber to do the heavy runs water etc-Lagos. Itself remains our favourite spot in Portugal and we all did as much or as a little as we wanted costs have increased but that’s the same at home.I’d have no problem rebooking this property or recommending it to anyone as a great base to explore Lagos .

We have a fantastic week at the apartment. It’s a short walk to Lagos city and the local beach. The terrace is enormous with very comfortable furniture. The apartment was very clean and fitted to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lagos

We arrived late at night and despite an initial hiccup with the apartment access (spoke to contact but no information sent) we managed to find the apartment fairly easily.
A great apartment perfect for our group of 2 children and 4 adults, the terrace is incredible with panoramic views from the harbour across to the sea, a lovely space to sit out, the only suggestion to make it better would be some kind of glass wind break across the outer fencing to shelter the seating area as it can be blustery at times, and the wind can be quite cold, especially at night.
The kitchen is well appointed with a filtered water fridge that produces ice, a variety of glasses and crockery for any occasion.
The swimming pool area is lovely and clean but with no information as to how to find the pool we wandered aimlessly for half hour or so before discovering the door is the basement car park.
An information pack with all of the above information, where to dispose of waste, how to recycle, how to get to town/the beach etc including maybe some suggestions of restaurants would have enhanced our experience of our stay here but all in all we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return here in the future.
Slide and splash water park was 30 minutes away, Faro airport only an hour away, plenty to see and do and a beautiful beach only 10 minutes walk away.

Overall the apartment was nice , good size and location, huge terrace area with good furniture.
My issue was the lack of “essentials” left for you to use, rubbish bag , washing liquid , salt pepper , not even a welcome letter or bottle of water when we entered the apartment.
We had to buy nearly everything when we arrived, including dish washer tablets as there were none left and all the cutlery was dirty and many of the cups and glasses all needed going in the dish washer. I’m guessing as previous guest couldn’t be bothered to but washing liquid or dishwasher tablets. Nearly all the bathroom towels had large bleach staines on them. The patio door had an inch gap when closed and didn’t lock very well.
Overall the apartment was good but we expected more for the photos and price we paid , won’t be going back to this one
