Not recommending, you can find better place

Location is good - center, but our room was with windows inside, so not much noise. AC and gas cooking panel were working.

1. Parking - it was said that the place has parking. In reality, it was incredibly overcrowded and no spot for me. Photo is attached. Those blocked cars needed to leave mobile number to be called any time to move the car. Ridiculous. I needed to park my car in the street. 2. Sheets and towels - 1 set of sheets and 2 sets of towels costed me 38 Euro - what is this in 2025 year, sorry? And i needed to rerurn them. Why I should bring sheets with me? Where in the world you guys saw something like this? Just the way to steel the money. Renting sheets and towels, wtf? 3. Totally uncomfortable matrass, the worst in my life. 4. Not even one drop of soap or piece of toilet paper. Tourists are coming after long day of commute, and not even this you can provide? Stoneage. You are basically renting walls and old furniture, and the price is cca 90 euro/night. 5. Not even 1 hang for towel, was uncomfortable to keep it drying in the chairs. 6. Not even one mirror. Just small piece in the bathroom. Look - mirror in Ikea doesn't cost much, what is the problem to put it in the corridor? 7. Weird incredibly uncomfortable sofa in the kitchen. Time to get rid of it, it's shame to have it. 8. TV was working so-so. 30 mins working, 1 hour nonsignal. I literally had a feeling that I rented walls, hot water and AC. Not recommending this place, especially for this price.

Disappointing

Location

We went to take the key. They supposed to open at 15, they open at 15.20. We were one the road 10 hours, so we wait for another 1 hour to open and they were late. No sorry that we were late, no nothing. The walls are very thin , the neighbors were very loudly so we can not say that we have rested. They said we have parking free at the hotel. That is a lie. There are at least 20 apartment and about 8 parking lot. So no chance for a parking lot. You should throw the couch. It is old, dirty and broken.

all you need is just around the corner

we had a short circuit and we couldn’t reach anyone we end up sleeping without air conditioning on a 37 degrees centigrade that was awful and upon our Arrival the air. condition in one of the apartments want working and they only came the next day to fix it again it was awful because of the heat

Pleasant

Location was like and dislike at the same time. Close to the beach, but loud until 2 am.

The walls in the kitchen area next to the table would need a fresh coat of paint. As for the kitchen equipment, there was no proper knife to cut with, the one available had the tip cut off. Also the chopping board has been burned and was really sleezy.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub, es hat alles gepaßt ;)

Die Lage, nähe zum Meer, Einkaufstrasse. 150 Meter zum Meer, um die Ecke die Einkaufstrasse. Im Zimmer ruhige Atmosphäre, der Lärm der Einkaufstrasse kaum wahrnehmbar. Wir kommen wieder, es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Leider Nicht wie erwartet, schlechte Erfahrung

Nachbarn von oben waren sehr laut(von 6Uhr morgens )wir haben das der Unterkunft gemeldet aber keine Reaktion bekommen. Die Wohnung war leider sehr schmutzig (vorallem die Toilette) und hat gestunken.( bei Bedarf schicke ich ihnen gerne mehrere Fotos unter anderem von der Toilette)

La posizione centralissima, un po' rumorosa ma con le finestre chiuse, il rumore è accettabile

Il parcheggio da 7 posti diventa da 11 con auto che bloccano le altre e conciliare orari, cordialità , lingua straniera (usanze non proprio civili x alcuni villeggianti) diventa un problema se si ha bisogno di utilizzare la propria macchina. Consiglio personale, parcheggio a pagamento (8-10€ giornaliero)

Ottima soluzione a ottimo prezzo per famiglie, centrale, pulito, comodo, a due passi dal mare.

Ottima posizione, a 50 metri dal mare in linea d'aria, in poco più di 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in spiaggia, l'entrata della corte è proprio sulla via principale della passeggiata di Lignano Sabbiadoro, piena di negozi e ristoranti di ogni tipo e gusto.

Con la bimba piccola l'appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore è un po' scomodo considerando anche tutte le borse da portare, ma magari la prossima volta provvederemo a richiedere noi un piano più basso.

Posizione

Parcheggio, difficoltà nel scaricare e carica l’auto delle valigie e borse varie. Forse quasi 500€ per 6 giorni valgono solo per la posizione, del resto il bagno dovrebbe essere curato maggiormente

Settimana a Lignano Sabbiadoro

La posizione è ottimale, in pieno centro ed a qualche centinaio di metri dalla spiaggia. Il parco giochi è a due passi, ottimo per lo svago dei bambini.

Il parcheggio interno è per pochi fortunati. Ritengo che sarebbe opportuno inoltre fornire i clienti di lenzuola ed asciugamani onde evitare “traslochi” durante le ferie
