Proximity to Hollum, quiet location. Everything we needed was in the apartment.

The property itself is good. HOWEVER: the arrangement between the private owner, BellVilla and Booking made things complicated and confusing for us the moment we arrived. It was nowhere mentioned that the apartment is attached to a fletcher hotel and that we had to go and find a (very helpful) manager at the end of one of the hotels wings for key pick up. He didn’t have any documents about our arrival, everything seemed a bit chaotic.. the notifications via booking came at the wrong time or late or not at all.. Fortunately the manager (Harry) kept things upbeat and made us feel very welcome.
