Nice view from the balcony to the see but the toilette and bathroom was downstairs... The owners are nice old peoples and they live in the house.

No bathroom in the apartment - it sounds like a joke, but is a truth - well hidden in the description on internet.
About the town: There is no town, just a small village with a small food market and rather bad communications, a car is recommended.
