A wonderful large holiday property in Llanboidy set just six miles from St Clears and can sleep eight people in five bedrooms.
Swallow Cottage is a lovely large property in Llanboidy set just six miles from St Clears and can sleep eight people. This all ground floor property has two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two single bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of the covered barbecue area, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Swallow Cottage is an ideal holiday base for all the family. Three dogs welcome. Note: Shared enclosed heated swimming pool available April-October
Amenities: Bio mass central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV's, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shelter for bikes. Private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable BBQs, enclosed heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Note: This cottage is all ground floor so may be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Shared enclosed heated swimming pool, available April to October only( from 2020 only). Note: Open lake in grounds about 3/4 mile from cottages reached via a woodland road with coarse fishing available all year round (please bring own equipment). Note: Large open raised lily pond in grounds. Note: Children to be supervised due to open pond, lake and swimming pool. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Check-out time 9:30am.

The owners were so nice and if you like long walks, swimming, greenery and in need of relaxing then this is defo for you.
We had 2 dogs with us and Rob/ Chris left them some biscuits too!
All clean and you get what you see.
