About this house rental
The farmhouse "La Pila" is located in the Green Heart of Umbria, in Valnerina, inside the Nera River Park, in the beautiful countryside around the medieval village of Ferentillo, an ideal place to stay in the peace of nature, away from the clamor urban.
Our structure is composed of 10 rooms with 24 beds in total, some with a kitchenette equipped with all the utensils.
Rooms
All rooms are equipped with mini-bar and TVC. The farm is located in front of a large panoramic garden, overlooking the gentle hills of the Valnerina where our guests can spend their free time, have breakfast and meals, and use the barbecue.
The pool
Younger children can play at the swing! But the highlight of our park is the splendid swimming pool, surrounded by greenery!
Our farm is located in an area where tourists can practice sports that only our incomparable territory allows, such as rafting, free climbing, mountain bike trails, trekking, ect.
In our immediate surroundings, you can take survival courses, Nordic Walking, archery and paragliding.
Marmore Falls
You can admire the famous Marmore Falls (the highest in Europe!), the Lake of Piediluco which is just a few kilometers from us, and the wonderful artistic cities of the whole UMBRIA, since we are in a strategic point!
Ferentillo
Particularly interesting are the visits to the Museo delle Mummie, the Museo della Civiltà Contadina (Monterivoso), and to the Abbey of San Pietro in Valle.
The Way of Francis and the Terminillo
Furthermore the Agriturismo La Pila, with its strategic position, on the border between Umbria and Lazio, Valnerina and Valle Santa Reatina, is the ideal stop for those who intend to follow the "Path of Francis", an itinerary of Faith, History and Nature by Assisi in Rome.
