You are very welcome to our fabulous villa located near Champions Gate and Reunion. We are15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal, 50 minutes from Busch Gardens and many world class golf courses in a well established quiet backwater Community. In close proximity to Highway 27 and Highway 4 it is an ideal base to take advantage of all that Florida has to offer.
The large south facing pool deck with spa overlooking a conservation area frequented by many birds, racoons and squirrels is an idillic place to unwind and relax after a busy day at the parks. Whatever your preference, the large dining area, sun loungers and a separate seating area make it possible for all the family to enjoy this outdoor space to the full. Be it swimming , relaxing in the spa, reading or listening to music, or having diner with friends and family. Everyone without doubt will be able to make the most of their leisure time taking advantage of Florida's glorious weather.

All the above items will include delivery and pickup. We ask for advance notice so we can coordinate deliveries, however if things change and a guest decides they need to hire a particular item of equipment, we can arrange a same day delivery, but if after 2pm an additional fee of $50 is applicable.
Christmas Trees:
7ft and 9ft Green Christmas trees available – pre-lit, delivered and decorated prices are from $200 per week.
*Please note that pool heating will be charged separately @ ($35) per day. A management call out fee of ($50) will be applicable if pool heating is required to be turned on or off mid vacation. The spa cannot be heated separately.

The home was very clean and spacious. We were in the middle of all attractions. The POOL was amazing. The host always replied back to me in a timely manner.

The villa was as described, and lovely and clean, with all the utensils for a self catering stay. It is further out than where we have previously stayed but didn’t distract from the enjoyment.

Good communication and instructions from the owner and ease of check in. We did have a few issues with the cleanliness of the home. I think the home is due for a good top to bottom deep cleaning. I believe this to be an issue with the rental management company, and would recommend the owners switch companies.
- Washing machine had used towels in it unwashed when we checked in
- Bathroom shower drain for the kids' rooms was clogged and had to stand in a couple inches of water. Kids started using the primary showers instead.
- In turning on the bathtub faucet the handle came off in my hands. Notified management company so they could replace once we vacated, as it would not impact our visit.
- Headboard of master bedroom and around dressers had thick layer of dust.
- Grime and dirt on baseboards, edges of flooring, and on walls in general, black drip marks on bathroom door from dirt and condensation.
- Outside patio concrete not cleaned or sprayed down. We spent about 45 minutes spraying down all the dirt and grime off the patio that we’d be using around the pool. Also found a can full of ash and cigarettes left out on patio.
- Dead plants and debris on patio. It would be better to dispose and keep the area clean as debris blows into the pool.
- Pool cover tossed in hump on pool deck collecting grime and dead plant debris.
- Someone came by to maintain the pool while we were gone and left the hose running to fill the pool. We didn’t notice it until overnight and the pool was overflowing who knows how long. Unsure how this impacted the chlorine concentration.
- Carpet in bedrooms coming up and bubbling up in lumps – needs stretched or better yet replaced.
- Back sliding glass door lock is broken, must put the long pole from the pool deck into door to prevent someone from coming in.
We could have contacted the owners or management company during the visit, but in our view these are things that are basic. Cleaning and maintenance should be taken care of prior to renting to guests. We did not want to spend vacation time or have someone come in while vacationing. The house has a lot of potential and has a great layout, and is a great location to the amusement parks, attractions, supermarket and dining. We recognize with Covid it is difficult for the owners to visit and check on the property, and think a better management company could address these issues.
