Great location and price.

Location- I was in Xalapa to visit relatives, this was the most convenient hotel available. Good rate.

1) Bathroom window was open and a ton of big flies were everywhere. I used my mosquito repellent to spray in the bathroom and room. 2) The remote control for tv was filthy and the battery encasing broke, so had to hold control with both hands to change channels to ensure battery contact. 3) staff at the restaurant very inattentive, slow.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the convenience of having breakfast included with our stay. The parking was convenient and secure.

For the price the facilities were great and the best was the staff, very special thanks to Paola ( front desk) and the two Víctor Hugos from the restaurant, they were great!

I was in the fifth floor with amazing view to the city, however, some times during the week the noice coming up from the halls in the upper floor were a bit disturbing more when happened after 22:00 through 24:00hrs.

Muy limpio, ordenado con los elementos necesarios para pasarla bien en este Hotel.

Una noche al entrar al cuarto vimos dos cucarachas detrás del colchón donde se junta el colchón con la cabecera por lo que al día siguiente lo informamos a la administración.
