這間房在玉里市區的一個新蓋的透天的1樓，衛浴就在房間門口，使用起來非常方便。 我們的要求就是兩張單人床的雙人房，所以完全符合我們的需求。 當天只有我們一組客人，所以住起來非常自由，腳踏車就停在室內車庫的位置，也不用鎖。洗衣機使用很方便，洗完直接曬在後院，第二天早上就乾了。 本來想去吃橋頭臭豆腐，但是因為我們到的太晚，玉里很多店都很早就關了，屋主推薦了馬蓋仙玉里麵，我覺得很不錯。屋主也提供了一些免費飲料跟礦泉水在冰箱，可以自取。
浴室因為沒有乾濕分離，使用的浴簾又太短，所以使用過後會有點濕滑，上廁所比較要注意一下，也許要放一雙浴室拖鞋在裡面比較好。

地點距離橋頭臭豆腐大約十分鐘步行路程，附早餐店的折價券，早餐店距離民宿應該不到100公尺吧，停車場位置就在後面巷子，車位夠多夠寬，距離很近。一樓公用廚房提供飲水機、冰箱、微波爐、電鍋、廚房各項用具與飲品小點心。一樓房間的衛浴就在房門外一公尺，是在屋內客廳區，有註明一樓房客專用。衛浴門板隔音稍弱，我讀幼兒園小孫女洗澡時吵鬧音量較大，有可能會吵到其他房客，很是不好意思。
