The staff was great and helpful!!! After booking.com did not send the payment they were very helpful trying to find solutions. I did end up having to pay a different was and had to call booking.com to request a refund for my payment to them that they did not send to the hotel!

Location was good and staff was super friendly
I was given an accessible room that I did not request next to the mechanical room and the back door. It was very noisy. Overall as a single woman I did not feel safe
